Next time you get a delivery take your pain meds before you start working... When I was still Able Bodied, Id take the Tylenol before the "Riding lesson" "Post hole digging" "Coop Building".... you name it.

I take 4 ibuprofen in the morning before school, to get me through the day with my two students. I don't take anything after I get home, but do take 4 more before bedtime. I just didn't take them when I went to bed last night. Thought I could skip it. Nope. After my last hip, I took my pain meds before every PT session. It helped, but boy do they make me sleepy! I'm thinking the problem today is the weather change.

The cold kills my joints. Hip is the worst usually. But this time it's been my left elbow. Can't hardly pick anything up. Driving me nuts!

No, it's an old injury. Got kicked by a 6month old filly about 7 yrs ago. I keep it moving so it doesn't get stiff but it hurts like heck!
