Awww how many does she have?

That's the only hatched one I found under her, but she has a few more eggs. Those girls trade eggs, switch nests, I'm surprised anything ever hatches.

Hmmm... sounds like we need to put GPS on the broody GPS, and possibly on the Princess too.

That's an impossibility. I once asked her what she would have done if she married a man who told her, "No" or "You can't do that." She replied, "I wouldn't have been married for long." She was 'liberated' at birth. Now that I think of it so was our daughter.

Can you please turn the broodies off now?

Not just yet, if you don't mind. I have one setting on 8, due around the 13th, that's been known to quit; anxious to see what she does this time. So far, I've only caught her off the nest twice; once for <30 min. while she grabbed a bite to eat, stretched her legs, & got a drink,then again for a similar amount of time this morning, while her sister spelled her.
