I'll only cut dead trees unless a live one's in the way. Never heard of an evergreen oak.

We got both kinds here....

The ever green kind is called Live Oak. four species.... Coastal, Interior, Canyon, Scrub...
Then we have deciduous California Black oak

Like I said I can’t compare our formula to bought formula but I can say that they do extremely well on ours.

Sometimes the air is not quite so "fresh". But those are great days too. I'm glad somebody brought this group of folks together.

Baby, it's cold outside! Its' 5* right now, with a windchill of -18. I know, Phil, it's balmy by your standards, but it was 33* here yesterday morning! I haven't had time to adjust! We have officially entered the, "It takes more time for me to bundlel up to go outside than I actually spend out there" season. One frozen egg so far today.
