I've been coop cleaning with the blowtorch. The gas canister ran out on coop 3. It's got cold. okay not as warm as it was given you lot live in ice boxes, and trying to screw the new canister on I cross threaded the torch end. I've been sitting here trying to file in the old thread again.

Found out right before Christmas that my only brother has stage 4 lung cancer that has possibly spread to his spine & kidneys. He's diabetic, was/is a heavy drinker, drug user (not the sharpest knife in the drawer), & was already in the hospital for an infection that started in a toe & wouldn't heal. Toe was amputated, then the foot, & finally the leg, just below the knee. Survival rate beyond 5 years is 2% or less. He'll be 61 in February if he makes it that far.
e's left a real bad taste in all our mouths.
And my fingers and toes! (Actually, I have nice warm boots, so my toes are fine.)Jack Frost nipping at your nose?
Can't do face masks or scarves. They make my glasses fog up, and I hate the wet, cold fabric on my face from me breathing into them. I was that kid that NEVER wore a scarf. Hats and mittens only when it was really cold out.Need a face mask, that's all

I feel obligated to go see him while I can.
My advice, yeah go see him.Make peace with him in your heart.
Not nearly as good as y'all make me out to be, but thanks, anyway. Heck, he may not even want me there, I don't know. You're a good man Ken Whites & I'm glad to know you!!!
Agreed!
Ian Anderson says, "As you push off from the shore, wont you turn your head once more & make your peace with everyone." Those words carry a lot of meaning for me.
