'tis a Friday dank and dreary, but no snow in sight for perhaps a couple of weeks.

Is it really a new year .I'm pretty tired . And have a slipped gear or two .

Morning, Pond Pals!
Home again today, waiting for call back from clinic to see if Dr. wants me to come in, or if she will just call in an RX for antibiotics. Coughing has slowed down, but now I’m feeling tightness in my chest and across my back and get winded just walking across the room. No fever, so hopefully not pneumonia.

It’s dark and dreary here, too, Sour. It’s also snowing, but not expecting much. Less than 2”, I think.

@bobbi-j , have you gotten or considered the pneumonia shots ? The Princess had pneumonia several years ago, scary stuff. Since then we have both had the shots, and so far so good - not tempting faith here. Get well.

I think I got the pneumonia shot... I honestly don’t remember. I know I got the new shingles vaccines.

I will be heading into town soon for the Z pack that was called in.

I had clearly waited too long between getting a new prescription.

The change is HUGE.

Also glad that technology has advanced, because even with the newer even thinner than before plastic lenses... wow... coke bottles.

I'm near sighted in one eye and far sighted in the other so doctor said I don't need glasses unless I want to read very, very small type. For that he said to get readers at Dollar Tree store. I was very surprised. I just use a small magnifier I used to check for bugs on plants.

Couldn't get this site to work last night.
Don't know what was up with it.

Had perch dinner.....3rd actual meal ive eaten but im down over 30 pounds look about a good weight for me. I need to start looking good.
