Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

There’s probably no rush if your current neighbors aren’t complaining, right?

Be careful not to over do it. You know I worry like an old Italian grandmother.
Some how I missed this post.
I am making a list of must haves for the next time I go up;
  • Locate hat
  • Bring TWO Ginormous Water bottles.
  • Buy better shoes
  • Buy a couple of lawn chairs The plastic kind
  • Buy a Camo tarp to cover the tractor.

As far as overextending chicken welcome I did a short canvas on each side of me asking if they have heard my chickens. all I got was a grin and No. ON ones side they used to live in Wyoming. He went on hunting trips by horseback.
On the other side Havent a clue they arent the friendliest. Her particularly. but shes the one that grinned and Said Fresh eggs Yumm.

Still no Crow on Beastie roo. He's getting his tail feathers and is going to be quite a handsome boy. And is Still Freaking Growing. He's following HexHen around with smitten eyes. when she lets him.... ::SNORT:: :lau Schade keeps a low profile ignoring everyone. All are doing very well in the heat. Pas the word on to the gal you got the hens from.

Even up at the house 100 degrees is not really torture. If you have shade and Water and a stress free place to hang out. My coop Is much like the one on the back porch. Dog run with a tarp over the top. except up at the house there is Animal proof wire placed up there to support the tarp and keep out Raccoons. Yep we have em in the desert.

Morning Perchie
Morning.... Its so good to have a handle on the pain. It was getting to the point that I spend alot of time gasping over muscle spasms. I can handle pain... Broke my little toe twice. Just washed it under cold water and strapped it to my Other toe.

Snapped my ACL ligament on my left leg. After the initial screaming and cursing was over I was able to drag myself to my friends van so they could take me to the ER. Back then I would not go in an ambulance. (over that now) Horse stepped my face. Horse Bit me right under my right breast and yanked... Would rather be stepped on.

This pain is so different because I could do Nothing to mitigate it. So now with it down to a manageable level about a 2-3 I can walk I can get up and down off a chair more easily. And Get on with my life. Exercise is key now I can do it on my own terms.

Oh and now the pain is at a manageable level my sense of humor is back along with Clarity of mind. I had dropped off all my usual threads except for this one and the sin bin.

There are a couple I want to hop in on occasion but their post level is off the charts.
