Sidewalks???? Oh, I remember those.

When they were small, the Princess took our kids to her parent's home to teach them how to cross the street - true. Her two major jobs are to protect US and keep US happy.

When they were small, the Princess took our kids to her parent's home to teach them how to cross the street - true. Her two major jobs are to protect US and keep US happy.

Similar to my upbringing in a town population 500 in the high Sierras, we had not seen streetlights, crosswalks, etc. Mom took us to town (2 hours away) to make sure we knew how all that worked. Keeping us alive was definitely a priority!

Good morning, Pond. It's Wednesday and September is almost over...how?? I really do think time begins to bend a bit as I get older. Days get shorter, weeks (some drag on, but fewer and fewer) zip by, and suddenly we're back at summer again... I actually have a theory why this is so, but I'll save it for a morning I don't have an early morning class.

My sis & I realized the other day that we both have stuff scheduled into January 2022 already. How is that even possible? I’m anxious for sucky 2021 to be over, but geeze, that’s just crazy!
