Apologies if I've missed it, which member is this having issues?

Nothing he does..clearing his cache..will let him get back to the website on his Amazon Silk browser.
He downloaded the App to his tablet and WAS able to sign in for a few minutes last night, but could not post any messages...his message, "I can't post! It says I have insufficient privlages to post here"
I told him to try to reset his password..and click on the link in his email oops but
he says he never gets an email AND NOW he can't not sign back in via the app either. ?
