Yes I think they are and I dont think they are having issues with password the site just won't even load. Something about redirecting too many times? I tagged Nifty over there too. They're on Firefox and it will not work at all. Not sure what is wrong with the other people

Thanks, I was using the picture (mountain) icon in the message tool bar. That's what I'd always used with the old system...

They might have some luck using a different browser or clearing their cache/history on Firefox.
