Well, I guess my turn finally came up...

Becca's girls decided they wanted to come down today on a fishing adventure, so they're bringing the babies with them..

Apparently we lost 3 turkeys and only 1 guinea... I still don't know if they were meant to ship when they did or if they got split up, but it doesn't really matter at this point. I highly recommend making good friends wherever you can.

We lost one more turkey on the drive down this morning... but another one that we swore was dead took a shallow breath so I popped him back in an incubator for a while to warm him up. Then I gave him a little vitamin water and carried him around in my camisole for about an hour and he perked right up... he's back in with the others and I can't tell him apart now!

I called Welp this morning, and they credited the loss, no questions asked. She laughed at my story about the one we saved...

So, we're good... everyone is happy.
