Well it is 5:05 A.M.

Well it 5:05 A.M. in NY means I'm offically fasting noe have been for 5 minutes woke up to eat sumthing before the stated time. Also put in a couple of eggs in last night, anyone else on here fast?

I used to do it quite a bit but have gotten away from it- life got really crazy. I have been thinking I need to pick it back up.

Why are you fasting? Are your chickens fasting too? I'm not sure I understand.

I fast food/water during daylight hours for 19 days every year, so I know how you feel!

I'm not a follower of Islam, so no Ramadan fasting for me. I guess putting eggs in is a good way to make the time go though

It's nicely symbolic to me as well, but then again i'm a symbolic kind of girl.

I am a Christian and used to fast more often then I do now. Fasting has many benefits, including health.
