i agree about the insurance. but it shouldnt matter if its insured or not! thats my point. their own policy states they have to use special handling on these types of packages. and now they are trying to say they dont have to?! i call bull hockey! now that they know we are onto them they are ignoring us. completely! they have already called our local distribution center and told them about it and now they wont even take our calls!

That's a lot of eggs for one box.....were they chicken eggs or quail eggs? How big of a box was it? I don't like to put more than 18 eggs in the size of box that I use for eggs.

I'd be interested in how they were packaged too. Unless they weren't chicken eggs it would take a very large box to ship that many eggs in.
