Well that was dumb

I decide to let the 12 chicks, 2 ducklings out in the garden with me now i am trying to catch them

. The hens i have most are fine with the little ones running around except for the barred rocks who keep trying to eat them

. So far i have caught half if not one over. I posting this so i dont do this again duck can come out but not chicks they are a pain to catch.

Lol the garden fence to keep the big girls out but not the chicks in lol that is my problem i grab one or two and have to get the others back in the garden lol. I had to take a break my infant son wanted to be fed lol i am about to go back out and try to get the rest lol if it wasnt for all the predators i leave them in there. But my cats wont bother them surpisingly but the hens will and the dogs will if they go near the dogs fence. Lol i think i have done this each time i have gotten chicks.
