Well the Shed to Coop project is about to begin

Most expensive add on was all the windows. Being in East Texas it gets hot and humid,, but can get nippy in the winter. I figure with this many windows It is basically an open air coop for the summer and locked down for warmth in the 4 weeks of winter :)
My oldest brother just moved from Tx to New York because of work...
I think the Chicago, New York and Ca ...
Maybe I wouldn't share my opinion here

There goes the weekend, 4th of July Vacation, next weekend after that,
...and maybe longer. But it will be fun.

Well, you could.
IF you add your location ;)
Some locations in TX can get freezing temps, but probably not Willis.

Yeah, you're not gonna want to 'lock it down'...ventilation is just as important during winter...even up here where it can stay below freezing 24/7 for weeks on end.

I'll put some additional al pics in today. I have 2 inch foam insulation on the roof rafters and added 6 eve vents in the back the go up to the ridge vent. I will be adding a vent in the ceiling as well to vent out to the dead space in the "attic" with the number of windows, There should be no issue with ventilation.

The Run will be attached to the front of the coop, not over it. So the roof will be exposed. It is 2 layers particle board with the tin on top, so I put eve vents on the cool side and insulated the top of the ceiling. here is a free hand of what I mean
