Sheesh, and here I am getting rid of my last silkies because they are total spazzes........ only ever had 1 really sweet little hen out of the dozens of silkies I raised over the years.

Star and Tinkerbell snuggling in the warm sunshine. Star is really little. Tink is only 8wks old.


This is how I did the chores today. Tink just slept away on my arm and I did it all 1 handed. No, she is not dead. Just a little content.

You realize that you are sunk now, right? Soon you'll get her a little friend, and then another and then another. BWAAAHAAAHAAAA!!!!

(This is why there are 7 silkies in a brooder on my dining room table.)

This is how I did the chores. NO, she is not dead. Tink slept like this during chores. I can't believe how sweet she is.

Okay, guess who came in this morning and had a warm bath and blow dry? Tink. She didn't even mind it. Yes, I blew her all the way dry and wrapped her in a diaper cloth and put her in her basket, she then proceeded to sleep for 2 hours singing happily........
