Heart felt sorrows and prayers to this family. How sad for all involved, including this community.

As far as the brother goes, if he did it why would he send the police to the scene. And where would the motive be in it. The brother doesn't make sense. Now the other guy he makes sense because of the missed court date and those papers found in her purse.
