Welsh Harlequin Drake or duck?

Thanks to many on here in now informed that my husbands favorite duckling is a welsh harlequin. Shes just about 3 weeks old. ( 2 more days)
I know it's probably to early to tell but is there any way to tell aside from the type of quack to tell gender.

You are probably gonna have to wait another month for the feathers to be in to tell. You can try to vent sex, but if you're not experienced you could hurt the ducky.

I think it's a Welsh drake. When they are young the drakes have mostly black/gray bills and the ducks have pink bills with a gray tip.
