Welsh harlequin hatch help

Hi all! I am a first time duck egg hatcher. I have a genesis hova bator. Today is day 19 and I think I have a problem. We started off with 12 eggs. Only 3 started to grow. The others are still in the incubator but they are clear. My problem now is that I candled them lady night and I think one may have died. It is not moving and the veins looked sort of blurry. There were a few dark spots on the inside of the egg that were not there before. Help!! I don't know what to do. Is it dead?

just see it through to the hatch, when they are that developed it can be hard to tell if they are moving

Please post on the duck thread. I wonder if the black spots you are seeing is decay.

it won't hurt the other eggs to leave potentially dead eggs in there with them
