Deffinitly hen. Welsommer roosters are much more colorful with deep reds and oranges with black breasts and tails.

X 2 - I don't tolerate bad behavior from them regardless of gender. The fact that she has started showing some more bold behaviors may be indicative of her nearing the point of lay as some pullets will go through a bit of a personality shift to the negative around that time.
