Welsummers that started laying in November have already stopped?

My 3 Welsummers were born in Late may 08, and started laying nice dark brown eggs in November. I have welsummer and Americauna roosters, and hoped to incubate some welsummer eggs this spring. But as of last week, I have seen no more welsummer eggs. The trio seem to be favored by the roos, showing a great deal of missing feathers on their backs where they have been mounted.
But I doubt these birds could be molting yet, especially with the increasing hours of daylight. Could they?
I have a light in the house on 24 hours all winter to keep them and the other birds laying.

These birds werent real proficient layers anyway, but now I have nothing.

Any ideas?

How many hen do you have? Maybe they are getting a little too much attention from the Roos and need a break.

plus 24 hours of light is not good either. They need atleast 4 hours of dark. 16 hours of light is really all they need.

I may have a problem introducing darkness now in that it may result in some of the older birds motling. I think I'll reduce the light hours closer to Solstice.
I have 13 hens and two roos. The other hens have all begun laying more with increasing daylight.They are all older than the Welsummers, some over a year more.
