went from no eggs to can't keep up

What do you do crack them open and put into a freezer bag?
I bet you could crack them open and put them in ice cube trays? Not sure the whole egg would fit in my trays though. I think they might be too big. You could freeze them in little cups and when they are frozen pop them out and put in a zip lock?

You all may think his is a waste of good duck eggs BUT...
I have 3 dogs. One elderly rescue Lab, one chunky 2 year old Lab and one older Boston Terrier. All of them now on grain free - expensive diets. Best value for high quality protein is our free range duck eggs I feed them every day. Duck eggs are ❤️ the most cost effective addition to their diet. Their coats are so lush and shiny now too. The old rescue Lab was malnourished and needed to gain weight. Out Vet was surprised at what a difference the duck eggs made in his recovery.

I think it is a wonderful thing. My dog absolutely loves her daily duck egg. You are right it really helps the coat and shedding.

. I crack them and run them through a china cap to remove the stringy bits and errant shells. Not necessary but a baking tip I learned years ago. I do quart Ziploc bags of a dozen for crepes. The extras and goose eggs end up in bags to portion out for baking or burritos. A large egg is a scant 1/4c so you can really go through them at Christmas. Silicone muffin tins make great single egg "ice cube trays ". Freeze then pop them out and put in Ziploc bags. Frozen eggs are pretty much the baking industry standard. They are sold in 5 gallon tubs. That is where most of the lower grade eggs end up.

My sneaky Lab searches all over the yard and in the pond in hopes of finding a duck or chicken egg.
When he does find one he’ll walk around with it well hidden in his soft mouth while I’m outside working. Once I’m not watching he’ll find a place to quietly enjoy it she’ll and all.
He even pulled one out of the pocket of my jacket and ate the whole thing in about 2 seconds.
