Hope your sutures hold on Dante. If not, try some Cut Heal. That stuff is awesome. Had to use it on a Quarter Horse mare who cut a Y shape into her haunch. It wouldn't hold stitches, but with the Cut Heal it ended up just a hairline Y. Hardlly noticable.
