We're all hatchin'! Congrats, everyone!

I wish I could find my camera, there are some HUGE veins in mine....it kinds freaked me out at first, cause through the shell they looked like roundworms, which are so totally nasty it's indescribable. But they're not roundworms, they're veins LOL. The air cell is getting bigger and bigger, I can't wait till day 18!!! So are they supposed to start hatching on day 18 and be done by 21, or is day 18 just prep for hatching??? I always thought it was just prep, but in the spirit of being hopeful and impatient I figured I'd ask anyway

Trust me, I'm not tough.

I have candled these eggs briefly almost every day. It's going to be torture to stop doing it on Thursday night. I know I'll spend those last three days with my nose glued to the bator trying to psychically induce the chicks to start hatching and I'll be a nervous wreck from start to finish.

I usually find something to do and check from time to time. Stay occupied!! A good movie, a good book, garden, sleep, anything but look at the bator!! I know my advice won't help and you will all stay glued to it. Just don't open it and pretend it's Christmas!
