Snowed today but they kept working... should finish the framing tomorrow and the cement down the middle will be poured in the morning... Hopefully only a couple more weeks till it is finished!!

They are still being idiots... The judge has ordered it to mediation but we are still waiting for them to respond... For those who haven't heard about this, in a nutshell the owners of the property to the South have sued us trying to get the courts to award them part of our property that was outside of our fence.. When they sued us we got an attorney who specializes in real estate law and he agreed with us that they have no grounds for their claim.. It's frustrating because it has delayed the building of our new fence till next year, is costing us legal fees etc.. turns out their attorney has a reputation with his peers for being a "churner" and apparently these guys only believe what he tells them.. It's probably going to end up costing them at least 10 grand and that's if everything is resolved through mediation instead of going to court.. We were willing to just sell them the strip of land for $3000 in the first place... Now we'll sell it for $3000 plus our legal fees.. they have already spent more than 3k on their attorney etc and won't win so go figure... Some people just aren't very bright!!
