That is how it works here in VA however I couldn't find a tester close enough to get out here. We are taking the class next weekend so we can test our own birds and not have to worry about it again.

When I first inquired to Julie in Olympia at the Avian Health office it was stated 10 chickens or dozen eggs donated for testing. Maybe it has to do with population & County.​
