On Friday... All analog stations are now down except for a few low-power ones, which were allowed to continue operating.

Yeah, I bought the boxes last week, DH installed one Friday and channel 11 reappeared the next morning. It's the only channel DirecTV won't provide it since it's a local CBS station even if it comes in lousy. But hey, the new digital conversion brings it in great now even with just rabbit ears! Ain't technology grand?!

I've been ready with my convertor boxes hooked up since long before the original deadline back in february....I don't understand the people who were standing in line yesterday to get the convertor boxes because all of a sudden their TVs didn't work!!!
