west warwick chickens

I live in west warwick RI and am concidering raising some chickens in my yard however i cant find anything online saying whether it is legal or not. can anyone provide me with an answer or a link to an answer? Im from coventry RI where i dont think there is any limit on how many you can own but west warwick is much more urban so i dont know what they allow or dont allow.

Try checking with your local zoning office they should be able to tell you, it is different in different cities , good luck and enjoy your chicks.
