yeah Tony Hawk bait for sure , but unless the derned thing gets in the house he is going to have trouble picking them off.

Lisa No not Turbits but pretty close.

Wendy yes I did promise Mr W some chicks, he fell head over for them , they are truely stunning birds.
The fun part will be . hatchlings have to be hand fed because if the shape and size of the beak, they have a hard time feeding because of this.

my best guess would have been classic old frills...Looks just like the faircount '08 champion. But they also look like a gird in a cage a guy had listed as satinetts.

AHAHAHAHA ! Chris I forgot you were at the swap and might have seen them,
They are indeed Satinettes
not frills, they have a helmet and satinized sheen.

This breed nearly died out 10 years ago, breeding stock is very limited and through the efforts of a handfull of breeders they are now making a comeback.

How are the Jelly Twins doing?
lol I went to feed them last night and totally spaced they were with you.

I see how it is, forget ALL ABOUT the new guy. LOL!

J/K! Well, you never did say, i couldn't guess.

The jelly twins are doing well and I'll be keeping the tumbler's name as Lelly, and the runt will be PB (Who can resist a PB and J?) Anyways, i met up with a good 4-H friend of mine, Bruce Clapp, and he introduced me to the guy who was offering runts. So What i told shawn; "We're going there to pick up the babies, and maybe a hen for our ringnecks." Turned into the baby jelly twins, Three juvi. Runts(Two hens and one cock), and two more rolllers.

So now I'll be on the search for two hens(ringnecks), but will mostlikely wait for Sturbridge, or the Faircound show.

Sorry, back to the squab, they are eating like little monsters, and are making bigger squab pies that the juvi runts

They are just precious. Thanks so much for them!
