Wet chicks

I have been getting mushy wet chicks. I'm not having a very high hatch rate there's no moisture being added to the incubator anymore but the humidity here outside it's already 60% any suggestions what might help. I'm in florida

Not a cheap option but you could try putting a dehumidifier in the room.
Do you know what the incubator humidity is running?
Try weighing the eggs at setting with a gram scale. They should lose 11-12% during incubation. More and it's too dry, less and too much moisture.

Because I'm too cheap to buy an expensive hygrometer and every one I currently own disagree, I use the weight method.

Try putting your incubator in a closet.

Well just hatched 14 out of 15 healthy chicks, didn't add any water left them in the turner until piped then moved them to the hatcher with Humidity of 50% all doing great
