Yesterday we put our Broody Orp in a brooder so she can finish hatching her eggs. Last night we had a terrible monsoon and her nest got wet. she is also a bit wet. There is probably a quarter of an inch of water down there. Should I disturb her and clean out the nest? Or let her finish brooding and let it dry on its own.

I would clean it and install new bedding. Just be quick about it.
Pull the hen, pull the eggs, pull everything from the nest and put in new nesting material, return eggs and let the hen back in.
What are you using for nest material?
What are your plans to prevent a recurrence?
Wet eggs will be a problem for the viability of the eggs. Especially in a hot climate like yours.

The bedding is waste hay. Alfalfa. The problem is that we made a cardboard nest to put inside of the brooder/grow out pen so that is all a waste too.
