I took programming in place of Stats. It counted as a Math credit. Advanced Math was not my thing. I barely scraped by. Got an "A" in programming.

I went to work after giving up on college... Got bored took another math class... Hmm somewhere I took Geometry ... Dont remember where probably the result of too many braincells hitting the bug light... but wound up in Trigonometry and asked to tutor it... Wandered over to Drafting class.... Aced it Got hired as a draftsman... before class was finished.

Didnt look back to college for a very long time... Got bored again... Took a pre-calculous class Then jumped into Calculous.... LOVED IT... Aced it... Well for me who did her homework before class or during class... Then half way through Calculus 2 I discovered night clubs and dancing.... Not my best choice.

But kept working Wound up a Design Engineer... And later Manufacturing Engineer. No degree.

Now am Writing Science Fiction and creating jewelry...

Yeah. I agree with you on the biosecurity cringe. We didn't know when we 'rented' that those chickens had scaly leg mites, mareks, and probably respiratory disease as well.

That is what is soooo scary, chicken diseases are everywhere. I honestly do not know how any chicken farm can be completely disease free if all it takes is one random wild bird fly-by shooting. Get it, fly-by shooting, but not bullets. Seriously though!
