So after losing my childhood dog, my family decided to find another dog. After countless attempts to rescue, as we did with our dog before, we came up empty. On the day we had planned to puppy search, an add on Craigslist came up for some Australian shepherd puppies. My mom commented on the tricolor male as it reminded us of Buddie. The lady said that they were six weeks old (which we believe to be a lie now) and the mom had gotten out with the neighborhood tramp. All she could tell us was that he was black and white medium sized with a short tail. At first, everyone asked if he was a Rottweiler to which we said “I don’t think so?” I wondered if it was possibly a pitbull. But I ask you for you’re opinion. Also how old do you think he is? We didn’t realize how young he was until we started researching.

Oh my! He's adorable! What's his name? I don't know what he is. He does look at least part Rottweiler. I bet he was 6 or 7 weeks. When I got my girl at 7 weeks she was really tiny. The breeder wasn't giving them enough food, and it was a bad quality food.

Omg same! Apparently the girl had run out of the regular food and was giving them gravy train! But to answer your question, his name is Oliver.

He's adorable. I bet thats what happened then. Here's my puppy at 7 weeks, she's a purebred yellow lab. She was SO tiny.

Here she is just two week later, after being on a high quality puppy food. She changed drastically.

Looks like a beauceron. Sorry if I'm wrong I don't have any experience with that breed of dog.
