Several hens have had broods behind my refrigerator. This photo is a hen that was hatched by her mom behind the refrig, and is now having her own brood in the same spot she hatched.

Her mom is still having broods but on top of a shelf outside the house is her new spot.

We had a bantam make a nest eight feet off the ground in a tree. We didn't now she was there until the chicks hatched and started falling to the ground.
