What breed does this look like to you all? She (hopefully) is a bantam and has heavily feathered legs. Could this be a porcelain d’uccle? She is about 3 weeks old.

3 weeks is probably a bit too early. That said, D’Uccle cockerels tend to pop combs pretty early on. I’d say by 5 or 6 weeks the gender should be clear.
