please help!! she’ll stand there alll day, walk a bit and drink, but then comes to a point the females comes together and this is how she started standing. and she pulls her head inside.
chickens will run or walk past she won’t move a muscle. please lmk

How old is she? Does she lay eggs? I would look her over for any mites or lice on her skin. Check her vent to see if it is dirty or there are any maggots. Can you try to get her drinking some fluids and electrolytes by dipping her beak to get her started? Scrambled egg bits and wet chicken feed are good to offer. How does her crop feel— empty and flat, full, firm, or squishy? What does she eat including extras. Some hens will look like this if they are dehydrated, weak, or being kept from food and water. She may have a reproductive disorder, but let us know how her crop feels. It should have food and water in it during the day, and be mostly empty first thing in the morning. I would think about worming her. Albendazole or SafeGuard liquid goat wormer are 2 good ones. A picture of her poop may be helpful.
