There’s nothing physically wrong with her feet or legs. No bumble foot or wounds. Bought her recently, and noticed strange behavior. Walks off balance, stiff like. Appetite is good. Otherwise healthy bird.

my aunt’s a vet, but doesn’t specialize is birds. This has her stumped. Basically told me she isn’t worth the money to find an avian veterinary.

Check under the wings for mating injuries. They may be healed externally but there may have been damage done to her hips.

That’s very plausible. I think we may have grazed over it initially, but I’ll check again.

Adult turkeys do not need a high protein feed. I would switch her to an all flock feed with free choice oyster shell.

I get that, I’ve had turkeys before. But I doubt this is due to her diet. Her behavior started shortly after I got her. I’ve combed over her and came up with no physical problems.
