Just wanted to add, you really shouldn't intervene after only an hour. Chicks take 24 hours to fully hatch. If you assist to early they can bleed out, or have unabsorbed yolk. It also weakens the chick, because they normally build up strength by pipping and zipping the egg.
He looks alright though. I would give him some electrolytes and let him rest. Hope everything goes well for you!
