Is she normal? Picking her up and manipulating her legs doesn’t seem to cause any pain and nothing “feels” out of joint. Any ideas?

How long have you noticed her moving in that way for? Gently wash her feet and check for injuries, bottom of pad, toes legs, etc.

she's been walking like this for several weeks - no visible injuries. When she started, I think she stopped laying for a couple of weeks but now she's laying again...and still walking like that

I know why she's walking like that. She most likely has ascites which causes fluid to build up in the abdomen and therefore she waddles when she walks. Check and see if her abdomen is bloated.

To me it definitely looks more of a leg issue, but I could be wrong.

Me too- ascites causes one to stop laying and she’s laying normally now- plus her appetite is good
