I have 2 one month old ducks that love being in the water. They are currently in my bathtub. There is a place for them to get out of the water. Is it ok to let them sleep in the water?

At one month old their oil gland is just starting to work. This means that staying in the water that long will waterlog them they will take a chill and likely end up ill. Because as you said they do love water, its a duck thing, it is part of why we all love ducks. Sadly though they don't always know when it is good for them. I have had 1 week olds that did not like it when i pulled them out of the water after 5-7 minutes but any longer and i risked them chilling and taking ill.

A full grown healthy adult duck is water proof and can sleep on water

Like @CoriM seid yours should be dry

you could drain the tub and put a towel down in it and a dish of water

Ok. Thx for the info. Would it be ok to let them be outside in a caged area during the day? It is about 60 degrees today.
