What don't you understand?
Your turkeys are 30 weeks old (7 1/2 months) so they were hatched in February.
Turkeys are seasonal layers. They typically lay from spring to fall. If you are in the northern hemisphere, it is now fall so you should be able to expect your hen turkeys to start laying next spring. My turkeys normally start laying in the middle of March and stop laying no later than October. Those that I allowed to raise poults have already stopped laying for this year.
