What age to give yogurt?

The first day I introduced the yogurt to the chicks they did the same thing yours did. The next day I put a dab in each of the chick feeder holes on top of the mash. If they wanted their mash they needed to eat the yogurt. I went back later to see all the yogurt was gone! Now when I do that they all run to the feeder and eat the yogurt up! They love it.

I blow dry the chick until they are 100% dry before putting them back in the brooder. I take a scissors and cut all the fluff off of their bum. I've found the oil stresses them out and they pick at it constantly. I've had 3 chicks that came home with pasty butt. My Mille Fleur bantam kept getting it for 2 weeks straight. I washed her quite a bit.
