What all can you feed a Cockateil

Yes but stay away from tomatoes, onions, avacados, apple seeds, iceberg lettuce.
Greens like spinach are good, mixed veggies, eggs.
Fruits also but not a lot due to the sugar in them.
My birds love popcorn but they only get one piece as a special treat. You can give your birds a piece of a chip but I would only do that every once in awhile.
Whole grain breads and pastas are also okay.
Pretty much if its good for you it's fine but in moderation. Some foods are toxic so I would look up a list to print out.
If your birds aren't used to fresh foods it may take awhile for them to be willing to try it. Never leave fresh food available for more than 4 hours because of bacteria.
My birds gets mixed frozen veggies, some broccoli, cucumber, greens, one grape each and a couple small pieces of apple in the morning. Pellets and a little seed throughout the day and a little treat in the evening like dried pineapple.
I hope this helps answer your question.

You're welcome. The toxic food lists are easy to find but when in doubt I would call up your avian vet. Also, if you have trouble with a new food item, sometimes they will try it if you eat some first. That's how I got one of mine to try banana and found out he hates it. Lol.
