Aren't I just so very cute?

I am just about 5 weeks old. I am very fluffy compared to the other chicks my age. My feathers are soft and 'frizzy', almost ruffled looking. I am most likely from the fancy or rare breeds at Cackle Hatchery. My little Mommy thinks I may be a Frizzle or a Silky, but I do not have feathered feet. My legs are yellow. Do you know what I am? And, am I a boy or a girl? Little Mommy wants to name me!

I think Columbian Wyandotte too (at first I thought Delaware, but it looks like it definitely has a rose comb). I also have a blue cochin bantam that has softer feathers, but it definitely isn't a silkie or a frizzle, have to wait for the true adult feathers to come in before I know for sure -sometimes they throw some odd stuff at us! Though I'd definitely say that yours is not a frizzle, or it's not showing it if it's in the blood.

As for the sex, I think it might still be a bit too early. Rose combs can be tricky, so keep an eye on those wattles!
