What am I doing wrong??

First timer. I wanted a hobby I'm a stay-at-home mom and my kids go to school all day! So I decided to get it incubator and order some guinea eggs from you guys and I think I'm doing it all wrong cuz I only got two guineas and so far one chicken so I need some help and I'm hoping that this community can help me learn my new hobby

With shipped eggs, even getting one or two to hatch is a blessing. Hatching eggs usually have about a 10% hatch rate, even if everything is done perfectly. Depending on your location, local feed stores should start having their chick orders arriving in a month or two.
