Hi all! When I ordered chics this spring I ordered an assorted "rare breed" straight run thinking it would be fun trying to figure them out as they grew but now at 4 weeks were all just frustrated and wanting to know lol! HoPing someone on here who knows waAAAAy more about chic breeds than we do can help. I do know we have some polish crested (black and maybe black/white one-this one has an extra toe) and 2 golden laced Cochins with feathered feet (I think). Guess any of these could be roos. Curious what everyone thinks-thank you!!
Pics:
#1) Yellow chic... (?)
#2) brown streaked with small little poof/fan on top...(?)
3) we call this the "hawk looking one" lol...(?)
4) here are the 2 crested and you can see the golden laced Cochin in the back.
Thanks!!

I;m not sure about photo 1. Photo 2 shows a crested cream Legbar cross-- either an olive egger or Easter egger. The chicks in Photo 3 are traditional Easter eggers. In the last picture you have a mottled Houdan, the black and white crested bird, and the all black crested bird is probably a Crevecouer. These last two are French breeds.

And you're right, you have two gold laced Cochins.

Woohoo! Thank you so much! The cross makes sense since I ordered EE +OE pullets also...they added them to make a baker's dozen I guess lol. Thanks so much for the info!
