What am I?

Her name is Agnes and she is about 8 weeks old. So, it isn't all down feathers, either. Her sister, Freda (or Frederick - still unsure if pullet or cockrell) has very little down left on her (top of head only). She is a Golden Comet. I bought a dozen assorted eggs from the breeder but cannot remember all she sold me. The only 3 breeds I remember is Golden Comet, RIR, and Calico Orphinton. Out of the dozen, these were the only 2 to make it.

She is rather pretty. I almost wonder if she came from my white frizzle hen. But my Roo is a Bantam Speckled Sussex. He is black with spots all over him. Handsome feller, but I can't see her turning out so fluffy and pure white! If it was hers, she sneaked it in on me!

Eyes are black in color, not red. This much I can tell you.

OK. In this case I can do no further than a guess that this is a barnyard mix. Maybe recessive white has a play in this. I'm not one to talk about genetics though, so let's tag some experts to help with your garden fairy. @NatJ @RoostersAreAwesome @pipdzipdnreadytogo
