weird seeing that she came from a hatchery, the hatchery only do frizzled cochins,, you have a cross breed of cochin bantam frizzle with silkie becouse of the leg feathers and the dark feet.
the frizzle would have come from teh cochin , and the dark feet would have from the silkie.
It would not be d'uccle at all becouse the hatcherys dont do frizzles in any other breed besides cochins, and then the dark feet of course.
For color, i bet one of the parenst was a red and the other was buff. that would make the black spots i think.
i know that when they start makeing a red in a new breed and even some red cochins as chicks they will have the black and some will have white spots and make it look like an off milli fluer coloring.

she is very cute though, i would keep her

May have found it! There is a Mille Fleur D'Anvers breed of bantam that is beardless!!

D'Anvers have beards and muffs but not feathered legs. What hatchery did she come from? Have you had an opportunity to look and see what feather footed breeds they have? Frizzles can be any breed not just cochin. It is true that most hatcheries only have frizzled Cochins but it is possible for it to show up in other breeds. Her feet are very sparsely feathered, more like a Brahma than a Silkie or Cochin. What kind of comb does she have?​

It's not a d'uccle. Notice the dark skin, that means silkie. And the feathers point out frizzle, and the colour points out its a partridge one.
