What are my chances of a hatch after a EXTREAME temp. spike

wait...the low temps can cause slower incubation, the high temps if they survive can cause them to grow unevenly- so just wait- up to 5 days... as the 91 might have slowed down incubation around that much.

Remember hens get off eggs one to twice a day...

That's not necessarily true 100% of the time. There have been numerous people on here who've had temp spikes higher than 105 (I've been through a 108 degree myself) and had chicks survive. There was someone in I think Thailand whose incubator spiked to something crazy like above 130 degrees (here, I found the thread even! https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=378262&p=1) and had chicks hatch... So you can never really write off a hatch just because the temp spikes for a bit, at least not without waiting to see.

Did the water test, all eggs floated, big end put, like a little above the water, 2 more than the other, but not much more.

and IDK if it was just the eggs kinda riding the water current, or my hopefully imagination, but thought i saw 3 of the eggs shake ever so slightly

but I have a feeling .... maybe tommarow ?

Hopefully! keeping my fingers crossed !
