What are the odds?

I wasn't going to let him get away with that, so in my infinite wisdom, led him to the pond - West Texas red dirt water- and as he was drinking, climbed aboard. He walked out into the pond and bucked me off in the water. Nope, horses are not my thing
One trail ride I was on, we all stopped at a pond to water the horses. The guide said to one guy, "Don't let your horse get out too far, he loves to roll in the water" Sure nuff, the guide had to get out there quick and stop the horse. He was going to roll, rider, saddle and all.

That's why you always listen the guide. They know what's up. I bet you had a great time on that one!!

I always loved going up to the salt river to ride. And also after monsoons when the washes were all running. I'd always go bareback so we could swim, and so no expensive tack would get ruined. Swimming on a horse is an experience of a lifetime!!

The expense is part of the reason I dont currently have one myself. Its just not in the budget. I ended up having to sell my mustang about 5 years ago and just haven't had the funds, or the heart, to get another.

Kind of happens when you have a horse for 13 years, and trained it yourself. Kills you a little bit inside to sell her, especially such a good horse. I had *insert expletive here* go passed me on the road revving engines, kicking up dirt, honking, swerving towards us, all kinds of stuff, and that horse just looked at them the same way I did. Like they were the rudest, dumbest *insert expletive here* on the face of this earth. Her name was moon, and she was a little 15h blue roan mustang, who for some reason, would turn red roan when her winter coat came in.
Moon sounds like a great mare. And the blue-turned-red isn't really so unusual. I had a blue-roan mottled Appy who would go "rusty" every winter, too. Sure looked different, so much so that people accused me of swapping horse, come Spring, when Billy went from a rust-ridden fuzzbomb to a tall, sleek, dapply blue-roan again. He was an amazing horse, too. I had him almost 30 years, and he was a gem the whole time ... Mr. Personality in horse pajamas!

Taking a bit of a devil's advocate approach here... I don't buy it. So either you need to literally RUN DON'T WALK TO PLAY POWERBALL OR MEGAMILLIONS.... or something doesn't add up, and based on the odds I am thinking it is something doesn't add up.

Here's why- because I am a Duke MBA graduate NERD and when I saw this the first thing that came to mind was "ooh a big equation that nerds like me BEG to have a meaningful use for to validate our existence through math"!!!

So... I'll put this in laymans terms...

The Odds of getting 15 Roosters and 0 Hens out of eggs is incredibly slim
If you assume it's a 50/50 chance to get a Roo or a Hen
Across 15 chances then, you are essentially multiplying 1/2 - 15 times consecutively
Ultimately, that gets you to P(H^15)=3.0517578125E-5
Which in cleaner terms means 1/32768 or a 1 in 32,768 chance.

I call BS unless you are the (un)luckiest person alive. BUT, thank you for the math fun! Now my education was only 99% ineffective.
