I have Cayugas and call ducks. Cayugas are very quiet. Occasionally a female will quack loudly, but it's seldom and only when upset about something. They don't even quack when begging for treats. The do gabble a lot, but that is quite low in volume. They're talkative amongst themselves. My calls, on the other hand, have a lot to say, quite loudly.
